Guest Speaker

Emma Reeves, Equality and Diversity Officer with Tai Pawb, attended the March NWREP meeting as guest speaker. Tai Pawb is an organisation that promotes equality and social justice in housing in Wales, and Emma provided an overview of the advice and support Tai Pawb can provide to enable organisations to promote equality within service delivery. Emma has also been helping to develop the forthcoming NWREP Equality and Diversity Strategy.

Paul Diggory attended the December NWREP meeting as a guest speaker in his role as Equality and Diversity Champion for the Charted Institute of Housing. He spoke about what his role as Champion involved and CIH’s Equality and Diversity Strategy. Paul is hoped to be the first in a series of guest speakers for NWREP.
