Champions Day

Equality and diversity champions from each Housing Association across NWREP are meeting on 30 April 2010 to discuss and promote the work of the partnership.

The event, which will be held in Llandudno Junction, will outline the role of NWREP and ask Champions to consider and discuss their own role to promote equality and diversity within their organisations.

The NWREP website will be officially launched at the event and Champions will be shown the officers document system which is used for the administration of the partnership. This will include discussion of the progress which is being made to develop a statistical tool to compare diversity figures across NWREP.

The event will finish with a demonstration of an equality and diversity Board Game which is used as a training tool to stimulate discussion in sessions with staff.
